Zachary O’Neil Green is a first-generation lawyer and was admitted to the Texas State Bar Association on November 17, 2021. Zachary was raised in Bastrop, Texas where he graduated from Bastrop High School in 2014 before going to San Marcos, Texas where he received Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice degree from Texas State University in 2018. Later in 2018, Zachary was admitted to St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.
During his time in law school, Zachary traveled to Beijing, China where he interned at a top Chinese law firm and studied international business law and Chinese law at Beihang University. During law school, he was also a member of The Scholar, St. Mary’s Law Review on Racial and Social Justice, a membership he undertook for the opportunity to advocate for the fair treatment of all people, regardless of their ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or religion.
Zachary’s passion lies in courtroom litigation, and he has accumulated an exceptional amount of trial skills and experience, largely due to his membership on the St. Mary’s School of Law National Mock Trial Team and the two years he spent working under the direction of the Bexar County Criminal District Court judges. In May 2021, Zachary graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law earning a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, and later that year, he passed the Texas Uniform Bar Exam with a score which qualifies him as an eligible candidate for Bar membership in 39 States.
Zachary is currently employed as an Associate Attorney for the Law Offices of Dominic J. Negrón, and his primary areas of practice are Family Law, Probate, Contracts, and Guardianships. Zachary takes pride in being someone his clients can depend on. He always puts his clients’ needs above all else and makes sure their story is heard. Zachary’s trial knowledge and experience combined with his determination and aggression in the courtroom put his clients in an ideal position when it comes to fighting for their desired outcome, even in the most contested of cases.
When he’s not working on cases or volunteering his time with the St. Mary’s Mock Trial Team, Zachary’s favorite activities include spending time with his family outdoors, playing videogames, and watching anime. Zachary believes his success comes from God, the support of his high-school sweetheart, Cyerra, his pit-bull, Keizer, and of course, his family and friends.
